DEPOSITION TRANSCRIPTS

All deposition transcripts are available on both a standard delivery as well as expedite delivery.  A complimentary condensed transcript and index are attached to each transcript.

CONDENSED TRANSCRIPTS AND INDICES

Huntley Reporting can convert any transcript into miniature format through the use of an ASCII. Each page of the condensed transcript contains four pages, reduced a 200-page transcript down to 50 pages. Each condensed transcript has a complete key word index attached listing every word in the transcript, number of occurrences, and page/line references. Condensed transcripts are provided free with all copy orders.

ASCII DISKETTES

The universal computer language can be read by any litigation support software.  ACSII Diskettes are provided upon request.

E-TRANSCRIPTS

An E-transcript file is a completely self-contained, interactive transcript that clients appreciate and request. Once the court reporter imports an ASCII into the E-transcript software, the final E-transcript file is encrypted, password and virus protected. It can be safely and securely e-mailed for instant, Electronic delivery.

SCHEDULING CONFERENCE ROOMS

Should you need a conference room for an upcoming deposition, Huntley Reporting Services is capable of supplying a choice of two conference rooms for your upcoming deposition. Our small conference room is capable of holding up to six people and the large conference room will hold between ten and twenty people at our location. With our resources, we can all complete depositions in locations other than our town.

PROVIDING REPORTERS NATIONWIDE

Huntley Reporting Service can assist with the scheduling of a court reporter in locations throughout the United States, especially California.  Our principle is California certified and can cover depositions in California.

REAL-TIME TRANSCRIPTION

Real time transcription is the instantaneous translation of steno notes into English. This enables the attorney to immediately view the translated English text of a deposition on their computer screen as the deposition takes place. The resulting real-time draft can aid in preparing for the next deposition and can also be easily shared with co-counsel or your expert. This rough draft transcript can deliver many advantages, including eliminating the need for note taking, therefore increasing your comprehension.

TRANSCRIPT ARCHIVAL

Huntley Reporting Service archives every transcript generated by our court reporters and affiliates. This is a valuable feature in the event a transcript would need to be ordered at a later date. We keep already ordered transcripts for many years.
